Who are you, when you’re at your best. What does the best version of you look and feel like?
You love to be your your best self. When you’re happy, healthy, motivated, firing on all cylinders. But sometimes you’re not your best self. You’re having a bad day, feeling unmotivated, lazy, not performing. You know you’d rather spend all of your time as the best self, but just as often you feel like person number two.
You don’t have to leave that up to chance.
The way you feel and perform is based on factors within your control, and the biggest of all is health.
Thats why I chose the name Amplified training. Because my goal is take your best qualities, and turn them up. To be your best self, amplified.
How does it work?
Assessment
We’ll start with a casual chat about where you are currently. We’ll address niggling injuries or concerns and use our state of the art InBody machine to assess you body composition (how much fat and muscle you have, plus extra info like bone density). But more importantly we’ll dig into your “why”. What’s really driving you to start training. When the going gets tough, your Why is what will keep you going.

Training
You decide to one, two or three one on one sessions per week, with prices scaled accordingly.
I’ll also provide you with a plan for additional workouts where necessary, and even provide video workouts if you’re travelling. Whatever you need to succeed, I will provide.
Nutrition
We’ll work together on a tailored plan, focusing on no more than one big change per week.
I will provide a sample diet. We’re not talking about a piece of paper with “chicken and broccoli” written on it. I’ll work with what you’re willing to commit to. It’s unlikely you’ll have to weigh food or count calories for the rest of your life. I understand your life doesn’t revolve round this stuff and you don’t want to be a hermit. You need something effective but realistic. I will provide that.

Beyond all this, we’ll work together to set goals, monitor them so we know your moving forward and constantly find ways to tweak and improve your lifestyle to move you towards your best, healthiest, highest performing self.

I specialise in fast fat loss for busy people. With over fifteen years experience, I’m well aware of the time and lifestyle constraints clients can face, as well as the need to work around injuries.
Whether you need to lose a couple of stone or the stubborn last few pounds, I will develop a program that works with your lifestyle to get you into peak condition.
I am also an award winning journalist. I have featured as a columnist or expert contributor for TV and magazines including BBC, Men’s Health and GQ and was twice listed in Timeout as one of the best trainers in London.
